Turnkey assembly

Send files. Receive boards.

Turnkey means we buy the bare boards, the components and the stencil, build the assembly, inspect it and ship it. You approve a quote and a delivery date, and deal with one supplier instead of five.

Three ways to run it

Turnkey, consigned, or a mix

Turnkey

We source everything. One purchase order, one delivery, one party responsible if a part turns out wrong.

Consigned

You already hold the stock, or you have allocation we cannot get. Ship it to us with the kit list and we assemble.

Combination

The usual middle: you consign the controller you have allocation for, we buy the rest. Say which parts on the form.

What turnkey covers

Where your money goes

  1. STEP 1

    Bare boards

Sourced to your stack-up from the fab that fits the job, in Europe or Asia, and passed on with a handling margin we state.

  2. STEP 2

    Components

Bought from authorised distributors against your BOM. Markup is tiered by BOM value and shown as its own line.

  3. STEP 3

    Assembly and finishing

Stencil, placement, soldering, inspection and ESD-safe packing — plus firmware flashing, depaneling or washing when the build needs them.

Turnkey questions

Do you mark up components?

Yes, and we say so. The markup is a tier based on BOM value and it appears as a separate line on the quote, not buried in the unit price. The structure is on the pricing page.

What about long-lead parts?

We flag them at quote time rather than after you have ordered. If a part has a 30-week lead time you will hear it in the first reply.

Can you substitute a part?

Only on the policy you choose: use an equivalent, ask first, or never substitute. It is a field on the quote form and we follow it.

Who owns leftover stock?

You do. Attrition is quoted openly, and whatever is left after the run is yours to keep with us for the next batch or take with the delivery.

Can I see what you paid?

For consigned and combination builds you buy the parts yourself, so the question does not arise. For turnkey we quote a component line with a stated markup tier rather than a per-part breakdown.

One supplier, from purchase order to pallet.

Upload your BOM and Gerbers and we will price the whole build, itemized.
