Prototype assembly

Five boards is a real order.

We build prototypes on the same line that runs the series, so what you validate is what you will ship. You get an engineer's read on the files before the boards are built, not after.

Why it matters

A prototype that predicts the production run

Same line, same process

No hand-built one-off that behaves differently in series. The stencil, the paste and the profile are the ones your production boards will see.

Files reviewed first

An engineer reads your Gerbers and BOM before quoting and tells you what will cause trouble — footprints, clearances, parts that are hard to source.

From five boards

Five boards, twenty, a hundred. Prototype runs are routine here, and the setup cost is stated as its own line so you can see it.

How a prototype runs

Files on Monday, feedback the same week

  1. STEP 1

    Upload the package

Gerbers, BOM and pick&place through the quote form. If the design is not finished, describe it and we quote a budgetary figure.

  2. STEP 2

    Review and quote

Manufacturability notes and itemized pricing come back typically within one business day, with a price at each quantity you asked about.

  3. STEP 3

    Build, inspect, ship

Parts arrive, we build and inspect, and the boards leave Veles by road. sample 2–4 days to most of the EU.

Prototype questions

How fast can you build a prototype?

sample 5–10 working days once the parts are on hand, and the parts are usually the long pole. Tell us your deadline on the form and we will tell you honestly whether it is reachable.

Will the production build be identical?

Same line, same process, same inspection. What changes with volume is the price per board, not the way it is made.

Can you help finish the design?

Yes — hardware development is one of our services. Say so on the quote form and an engineer will scope it with you.

Do I have to buy all the parts?

No. Turnkey is the default: we source everything. If you already hold stock, consign it and we assemble.

Your first board is worth building properly.

Upload the files and an engineer will tell you what they see, typically within one business day.
